How it works

A simple loop that keeps everyone informed.

Care Messaging is designed around four clear steps—from scheduling a reminder to recording the response and escalating when a follow-up may be needed.

1

Schedule

A caregiver creates a one-time or repeating reminder for medication, appointments, check-ins or routines.

2

Text

The recipient receives a friendly SMS message at the scheduled time on the phone they already use.

3

Respond

They reply with simple choices such as TAKEN, SNOOZE, SKIP or HELP. The activity is recorded.

4

Escalate

If a reminder remains unconfirmed, configured follow-ups and caregiver notifications can be triggered.

One platform, many routines

More useful than a pill alarm.

Medication is only one part of a person's day. Care Messaging is designed to support the routines that help older adults stay organized and connected.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the older adult need to download an app?

No. The core Care Messaging experience is designed around ordinary SMS text messages. The caregiver or care team manages schedules and settings; the person receiving reminders can respond from the phone they already use.

Can Care Messaging remind someone about more than medication?

Yes. The platform is designed for medication, appointments, daily check-ins, hydration, meals, movement, refills and custom routines.

What happens if someone does not respond?

Caregivers can configure follow-up reminders and escalation rules. The system reports that a reminder was not confirmed; it does not assume the person did or did not complete the task.

Is Care Messaging an emergency or medical monitoring service?

No. Care Messaging is a communication and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, replace professional care, verify medication ingestion or provide emergency monitoring.

Will there be a version for organizations?

Yes. Care Messaging Pro is being designed for home care, senior living, care management and other organizations that need multi-client administration, staff roles and reporting.
